Return and Replacement Policy

We have a 2-day return or exchange policy, which means you have two days after receiving your product to request a return. To be eligible for a return or exchange of an item, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Problems

Please examine your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and make that correction.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special order or customized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products) cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for discounted items or gift cards.

We will let you know once we have received and checked your return, and we will let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded using the original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund as well.
